At ASTRA NOVAA, trading as Hirewise Studio, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products.

Digital Delivery

All products available through Hirewise Studio are digital products, such as digital templates, guides, and other downloadable or online-access products.

After your purchase has been successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered electronically using the delivery method specified on the product page or during checkout.

Depending on the product, delivery may be provided through:

An immediate download after purchase;
A download link sent by email; or
Access instructions provided by email or on the order confirmation page.

Delivery Time

Digital products are generally delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, technical issues, or other circumstances. If you do not receive your digital product after completing your purchase, please contact us.

No Physical Shipping

No physical items will be shipped.

There are therefore no shipping fees, delivery addresses, shipping carriers, or physical delivery times associated with our digital products.
